Look in the mirror.
I gaze deeply at the image of me;
A man who is troubled by mental relapse;
“sick-in-the-head” behavior problems,
Caution, code red!
What a deceiving image I see.
Is this reflection really of me?
I look like a man who is strong and keen,
but deep inside, I feel ashamed.

My partner, Christopher is an artist and much of his inspiration for his art and poetry comes from his interpretation of the paraphrased version of this quote. Most of us associate this quote from Shakespeare’s Hamlet Act 1, scene 3, 78-82:
